Miguel Gonçalves: «We are increasingly counting on our fans to support Imortal»

MIGUEL GONÇALVES, PLAYERS OF FUTURE defender, once again played a decisive role in Imortal de Albufeira's reception to Elvas in a match that ended in a draw (2-2) and related to the 10th round of Series D of the Portuguese Championship.

- Did you hear about the draw against Elvas just now?

- Well, seen in general, the result is acceptable. A first half in which we were superior but a second half in which they were better. In the end the result was a draw but if there had to be a fair seller it would be us.

- How do you analyze your performance?

- I consider that my performance was very positive. I managed to accomplish my task and still participated in the play that resulted in the penalty goal.

- Next game is against neighbors Moncarapachense in a delayed game that will take place this Sunday in Albufeira. Difficulties in sight?

- In fact, it will be another extremely difficult challenge and we will do everything to win it, as, in fact, we have always done. Against Moncarapachense we hope to get our first victory. I believe it will finally appear!

- How has the support from Imortal fans felt?

- Despite our results, our fans have been tireless with us. Your support has been important despite the results not being the best. The game with Elvas had a good home ground which helped us reach a draw. We increasingly rely on fans to support our team and with that the attempt to achieve the victories that we all aspire to in order to escape the last places.
